چکیده
Implementing on-chip information processing systems through photonic–phononic interactions has attracted considerable interest owing to its potential for storing, sensing, and signal processing, but the generation extinction of acoustic waves are determined by existence pump power phonon lifetime. Here, we demonstrate acoustic-wave interference active manipulation optically driven in a silicon controller-emitter-receiver system. The filtered transmitted receiver narrow bandwidth 6.2 MHz can be amplified or canceled with contrast greater than 40 dB adjusting relative microwave phase between emitter controller. pulse-train signals transmitted, amplified, 3 cutoff frequency 3.1 MHz. proposed technique provides solution highly selective filtering, shifters, manipulation, offering new functions optomechanical photonics.

Observations of dust acoustic waves driven at high frequencies: Finite dust temperature effects and wave interference
An experiment has been performed to study the behavior of dust acoustic waves driven at high frequencies f 100 Hz , extending the range of previous work. In this study, two previously unreported phenomena are observed—interference effects between naturally excited dust acoustic waves and driven dust acoustic waves, and the observation of finite dust temperature effects on the dispersion relatio...
متن کاملSurface Acoustic Wave Driven Microchannel Flow
We demonstrate that the propagation of surface acoustic waves, arising from the excitation of the acoustic field on a piezoelectric crystal (lithium niobate) substrate, along the sidewalls of microchannels (50 μm or 280 μm wide and 200 μm deep) fabricated in the substrate, can give rise to throughflow with velocities of the order 10 mm/s. This streaming flow in the direction along which the sur...
متن کاملQuantum Entanglement and Information Processing via Excitons in Optically-Driven Quantum Dots
We show how optically-driven coupled quantum dots can be used to prepare maximally entangled Bell and Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger states. Manipulation of the strength and duration of the selective light-pulses needed for producing these highly entangled states provides us with crucial elements for the processing of solid-state based quantum information. Theoretical predictions show that several...
متن کاملImproving information filtering via network manipulation
Recommender system is a very promising way to address the problem of overabundant information for online users. Though the information filtering for the online commercial systems received much attention recently, almost all of the previous works are dedicated to design new algorithms and consider the user-item bipartite networks as given and constant information. However, many problems for reco...
